Online Orders & Shipping

We provide shipping / delivery service for all online orders.

For Online Order:

Less then HK$500, shipping fee HK$38 for delivery to S.F. Express Service points (including E.F. lockers) or commercial / industrial building / residential address
HK$500 or above, Free shipping to any S.F. Express Service points (including E.F. lockers) or commercial / industrial building / residential address

Delivery

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a notification via email or whatsapp with a tracking number. You can check the shipment status using your tracking number on the S.F express website or through their customer service hotline.

Your package is expected to be delivered within 2–4 business days after the items have been packed and picked up by the delivery carrier. **

You will receive an SMS notification from the delivery carrier when your item has arrived the service point and is ready for pickup.

For in home and office deliveries, you will receive a call from the delivery carrier.

Product Availability

If the item is listed as "in stock," it will usually be ready to ship within 1–2 business days. If an item happens to be unavailable after an order is placed you will be notified via email or whatsapp. During holidays or due to other factors such as typhoons, black rain, some "in stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment.

If the item is listed as “sold out” feel free to contact us to find out when the item will be back in stock.

*Please note: Additional charges will apply for outlying island and other remote locations.
